I am inspired by the Natural World and enjoy working realistically
in pastels, charcoal, pencils watercolours and acrylics
to capture nature and its creatures

My works largely fall into the following categories:

• ANIMALS - Native and Domestic  Fauna

• BIRDS - Natives and Domestic Species

• FLORA - Native and Garden Plants and Flowers 

• PEOPLE - Including Portraits

• LANDSCAPES - Especially natural or rural. 

I completed many art and craft courses culminating in the Advanced Diploma of Fine Arts which included studies in:

• painting

• drawing

• printmaking

• photography

•  and ceramics. 

I have been practicing & exhibiting in the local area for over 20 years.

During this time I have :

• been chosen to participate in 15 themed group Regional Gallery and touring exhibitions, including artist talks and publications.

• exhibited works in over 50 public exhibitions.

• been involved in 6 community projects. 

• won 12 awards and prizes in various disciplines.
